Welcome to The 2 Ridges Basketball League - serving 4th thru 8th graders living in the Trailside, Stone Hill, Eagle Ridge and Belmont Ridge Middle School boundaries, as well as 9-12 graders in the Briar Woods and Stone Bridge High School boundaries. T2RBL is a 501c3 youth basketball organization, run by all volunteers, that operates in coordination with the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PR&CS). T2RBL is one of the affiliated Loudoun County youth basketball leagues that are centered on each of the middle schools in Loudoun County.
Registration for the 2014-2015 Winter Season will begin on March 17th and close on March 31st.
All registration is done on a first come, first served basis. Those players who intend to tryout for their Middle School (travel) team, MUST be registered in order to attend those tryouts in the fall.
Those who will be attending TRAILSIDE MS, opening in Fall of 2014 will remain a part of Two Ridges Basketball
All registration is completed through SportsSignup (link on the right hand side). Each family will need to have a household account in order to signup.
NOTE - you are registering your child for the grade they will be in as of September 2014. The system will automatically "age up" players based on the information you enter when creating your account. If you already have an account, you do not need to create a new one.
Evaluations/Tryouts will not occur until September of 2014 and that information will be posted here.
Gavin fought Glioblastoma Multiforme for 30 months and while his body succumbed to this disease, his spirit, courage, and strength lives on. His legacy to us is
to promote, advocate, share, do whatever it takes to get the necessary funding for research in finding a cure and promote awareness of Pediatric Cancer, and ultimately, push for a
means to eradicate it.
As our way of honoring Gavin and his legacy, proceeds from the 2nd Annual Two Ridges Holiday "Give Back" tip-off tournament will benefit Childrens National Medical Center.
As our way of remembering Gavin and as a show of support to the entire Rupp family (Chris, Sandy, Ian, Abby and Merlin), Two Ridges will officially retire #15 for this coming season.
To continue the conversation and create awareness of Pediatric Cancer, the website IPromise15.org has been set up to continue to "pay it forward." A link to this grassroots organization can be found below.
Please keep the Rupp family in your thoughts and prayers.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers sent to their home that donations be made to Childrens National Medical Center in Gavin's name.
